Wine & Dine
While we all get used to navigating our environment differently, our aim is to ensure that your dining experience is enjoyable, safe and relaxing. Guests will be given the opportunity to enjoy in-room dining and to eat anywhere indoors or in the grounds, within reason! We want to help you to find new corners of Rufflets that you never knew existed, and to make the most of the extensive space we are so fortunate to have at our disposal.
You’ll not be limited to what you can order to your room, or what can be taken outdoors to eat, and we’ve curated a menu that will allow you enjoy the finest carefully sourced ingredients and high quality cooking, without the formality that comes with traditional restaurant dining.
Our Curated Comfort menu draws together outstanding Scottish produce, our unique take on home-style classics, and the ever-evolving crop of ingredients from our own kitchen garden. A weekly changing Prix Fixe lunch menu is available Monday to Friday.
Non-resident dining* is also available:
- Monday – Saturday (12pm-5pm)
- Sunday (12.30pm-5pm)
- Monday – Sunday (2pm-4.30pm)
*From Friday 13th November, as per Scottish Government tier 3 regulations, non-resident facilities will close at 6pm and guests will be asked to depart at this time. No alcohol can be served either indoors or outdoors.
Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance, and we remind guests that when booking a larger table, you must adhere to the most up to date Scottish Government guidance regards indoor gatherings. Non-residents will be seated in the Garden Room on the East side of the hotel, overlooking the formal gardens. Outdoor dining on the adjoining terrace will also be offered.
