Our afternoon tea in St Andrews has undergone a quiet transformation. Reimagined favourites - like our gravlax and Crowdie croissants - are served alongside dainty classics on bespoke wooden stands. It’s a gentle fusion of East and West. Still afternoon tea, just not quite as you know it.

In partnership with the London Tea Exchange, we’ve created something truly special: the Rufflets Centenary Blend. This breakfast-style tea honours Scotland’s rich tea heritage while marking a century of warm welcomes at Rufflets.

Rufflets Afternoon Tea can be enjoyed almost anywhere at our luxury hotel - inside in a cosy restaurant booth, outside, on the suntrap terrace and among the expansive Rufflets gardens, with plenty of space to relax with friends or family.
