Rufflets is a stunning hotel set in ten acres of manicured gardens. Our discerning guests choose us because they know that they will receive the best service and you will feel the difference as soon as you step through the front door.
As well as the hotel operation, including 26 unique bedrooms and self-catering lodges and dining areas, we also take care of an award-winning events business in our function rooms, so there’s never a dull moment.
The Rufflets Crew are multi-taskers and can take care of a guest’s every need under their own steam. From check-in, to a frothy cappuccino, to the lowdown on the best visitor attractions, we can do it all. Our people are big-hearted and generous in their attention, and our guests know that we will always go the extra mile to make their time with us extra-special.
This is a full-time position for an experienced hospitality professional who has career advancement and development in mind. There will be an opportunity to work across the business: from welcoming guests to making reservations, serving breakfast, lunch, dinner or looking after private events. The successful candidate will be able to move seamlessly between food service, bar service, hosting and administration duties.
