The Chef & The Gardener at Rufflets

A natural partnership

At Rufflets, our gardener and chefs work together to create menus shaped by the seasons and inspired by what grows around us in St Andrews. Because provenance sits at the very heart of good eating - and good living.

From garden to plate

The Rufflets kitchen gardens are where the culinary journey begins. Vegetables, fruit, herbs, organic eggs and our own artisan honey all play a part in the dishes served at Rufflets Brasserie, bringing the flavours of our surroundings onto the plate.

Experience our kitchen gardens in St Andrews

We invite you to become part of that story. Wander through the Rufflets gardens, pick a handful of mint leaves for your herbal tea, or enjoy an apple warmed by the summer sun straight from the tree.

When the weather allows, dining naturally spills outside into the quiet beauty of our gardens, whether beneath the bright sunshine or glowing stars. Rufflets outdoor dining in St Andrews offers a relaxing setting to enjoy delicious food while taking in the beautiful surroundings.
