Start the New Year with a refreshing coastal walk or park wander before relaxing in the Brasserie at Rufflets for your first brunch of 2027.

St Andrews and the surround area have stunning views and various path to explore in Fife. We will then offer a warm welcome, where a delicious New Year’s Day Brunch awaits. Gathering your family or friends to enjoy in our cosy Country House Hotel.

Chef has carefully selected brunch menu offers a tempting selection of classic favourites and seasonal dishes, complemented by freshly brewed coffee, speciality teas and perhaps a celebratory glass of fizz.

Open to both residents and non-residents, everyone is welcome to join us for a relaxed and memorable start to the New Year.
