The Terrace Restaurant, St AndrewsOur customer research, from resident guests and the local community, tells us that many people perceive a Country House Hotel Restaurant to be a "special occasion" dining experience. It is our aim to change this perception so that the Terrace Restaurant at Rufflets becomes your favourite restaurant, to be enjoyed on a regular basis.
Chef Grant MacNicol and his brigade produce seasonal menus using organic and locally sourced fresh Scottish produce wherever possible, quality aged Scotch beef, locally reared lamb and venison, fish and seafood landed daily at East Neuk harbours. Locally grown vegetables and soft fruits supplement our own garden produce. Fresh bread, pastas, ice creams and sorbets are all made in house and our cheeses are sourced from some of the best cheese-makers in the country.
Although our menu format and content may have moved forward in response to changing customer preferences, the quality of our hospitality, customer service and attention to details remains at the highest level.
