We were indulging in a Luxury Two Night Winter Break given to us by our daughter and family to celebrate two special occasions for us ….. The food served in the Terrace Restaurant was delicious and beautifully presented and the staff were so polite and friendly towards us. Altogether a great stay.

My wife and I were fortunate to be given an overnight stay at the hotel …. Very friendly welcome and assistance, followed by discovery of a wonderful room (No. 36) was more than we had imagined …. We had dinner in the lovely dining room, where we were served by friendly and efficient staff… Our meal was delightful, made all the better for lamb being on the menu, which pleased my wife immensely… So glad that we were able to stay at the hotel, although it was very difficult to leave.

This was our 5th or 6th stay in Rufflets, We thoroughly enjoyed being in your hotel: excellent comfort, great food and very friendly service by everyone. We’ll most certainly be back.
