A short 5 minute drive from the Old Course, Rufflets is one of the finest and oldest established country house hotels in Scotland.The 2010 Open Championship Hospitality will be held in the Garden Suite, the hotel's banqueting suite, which has panoramic views of the formal south-facing gardens.
Hospitality is open to private and corporate groups, from a minimum of 8 up to a maximum of 110 guests, seated at tables of 8 - 12 guests. Corporate Hospitality guests will receive official entry tickets to The Open, breakfast buffet, a sumptuous Carvery Buffet lunch, afternoon tea and a complimentary bar.
Guests can arrive from 6.30am onwards, leaving vehicles in our car-park. Please note that the Garden Suite will close for day-time hospitality at 6.00pm.
The 2010 Hospitality Package is inclusive of:
Official Entry Tickets to The Open Championship.
Official souvenir programme and daily start sheets.
Continuous transport to and from the course throughout the day.
Free on-site secure parking.
Breakfast Buffet:
Bacon, sausage, black pudding rolls, selection of cold meats and cheeses, pastries, fresh fruits, muesli, yoghurts, coffee, tea and fruit juices.
Lunch:
A glass of champagne on arrival, a wide choice of hot and cold meats, fish, seafood, savoury dishes and salads.
Afternoon Tea:
A selection of Sandwiches and Scones with preserves and cakes from our own Pastry Kitchen.
Throughout the day:
Large screen televisions for full coverage of the golf.
Fully stocked complimentary bar with table service. *

£275.00 (excluding VAT) per person per day
Buffet Dinner in the Garden Suite:
A three course buffet dinner will be served in the Garden Suite from 7.30pm until 9.30pm. Tables can be reserved for a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 12 guests, or multiples thereof.
Price for dinner will be £42.55 per person, (excluding VAT)
