The Garden Suite
In December 2007, an exciting new exclusive use conference facility, The Garden Suite, opened for business.
Now ranking among the finest Scottish Conference & Meeting venues, The Garden Suite is a self contained extension built on the site of the old kitchen garden to the east of the hotel, providing a state of the art venue for events and meetings for approximately 200 delegates.
The Garden Suite, set within an established garden bounded by mature yew hedges, ensures privacy and seclusion for work and relaxation. The building itself is a marriage of contemporary design and traditional elegance, sympathetic to the features of the original country house, built in 1924 and the surrounding landscape.
The stylish, bright interior of the Garden Suite comprises an entrance lobby, spacious Reception room with bar facility. The Garden Room will seat up to 200 theatre style for a conference, and has French windows opening onto a west-facing private terrace overlooking immaculate formal gardens. The Garden Room can also be divided into two smaller rooms suitable for between 20 to 75 delegates for a smaller event.
Small Executive Meetings - Rufflets Lodge
Set within the grounds of the hotel is Rufflets Lodge, an exclusive executive retreat ideal for executive meetings for up to 16 delegates, board room style. The meeting room opens onto a private patio overlooking mature gardens, offering complete privacy and security. There are two bedrooms within Rufflets Lodge which can be hired in conjunction with the meeting room for 24 hour meetings, or as breakout rooms.
