Lodge Booking Terms and Conditions
- Check-in time is from 4.00pm on the day of arrival.
- Check-out time is before 10.00am on the day of departure.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to guarantee your booking. The deposit is due at the time of booking.
- Balance of full costs is required 28 days prior to arrival.
- In the event of cancellation within 21 days of arrival date, 50% will be refunded.
- In the event of cancellation within 14 days of arrival date, 25% will be refunded.
- In the event of cancellation within 7 days of arrival date, no refunds will be made.
- Special offers and packages may be subject to different terms and conditions.
- Cancellation Insurance is recommended.
