Rufflets offers a choice of three holiday lodges located within the hotel grounds, ideal for friends, families and golfing groups seeking the privacy and relaxed informality of their own home, yet with the facilities of a four star hotel on the doorstep!
The self catering lodges are accessed by a short driveway leading from Rufflets main entrance and car park. There is parking for 3 cars at Kinness Lodge and for 2 cars at Burnside East and West. All Lodges are completely non-smoking. Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement.
Kinness Lodge is a substantial 4 star standard property sleeping 8 people in four en-suite bedrooms. Bathrooms have large power showers with a plentiful supply of hot water. There is a superb lounge with feature gas fire and windows with panoramic views overlooking the garden and Kinness burn, a spacious fully equipped modern dining kitchen, utility room and external secure golf bag/bike store.
Furnished in contemporary style with light paint finishes and cream carpets throughout, the lodge has full gas central heating and all linen is supplied.
Burnside East Lodge sleeps 4 and is ideal family accommodation. Comprising one king size double/twin room and one twin room, modern shower room with power shower, open-plan lounge / dining room, & well equipped contemporary kitchen with light oak laminate floor. Bedrooms have light fitted carpets and furnishings are simple and contemporary Burnside lodge has views over the burn to the fields beyond. The lodge has full gas central heating and all linen is provided.
New for 2012!! Burnside West Lodge
The newest lodge at Rufflets sleeps 4 and has one king size double/twin bedroom with en-suite shower room, one twin room, family bathroom with bath and overhead shower, open plan lounge/dining room and fully equipped contemporary kitchen with light oak laminate floors. The lodge is fully carpeted and is furnished in a similar contemporary style to Burnside East, with full gas central heating. All linen is provided.
Burnside East and West lodges can be inter-connected by opening the double doors between the lounge/dining areas, making this property perfect for two families, groups of friends and golfing parties.
