LODGES AT RUFFLETS, ST ANDREWS

Kinness Lodge, sleeping up to 8 people, is a modern, 4 Star, newly refurbished property, located within the grounds of Rufflets Country House Hotel in St Andrews, Scotland. Available on either a bed and breakfast basis (fully serviced) or self-catering, allowing maximum flexibility of pricing and accommodation. Decorated with contemporary furnishings, light paint finishes and cream carpets throughout, Kinness Lodge is ideal for groups of friends, families & golfers seeking the privacy and relaxed intimacy of their own home, yet with the facilities of a five star hotel on the doorstep!

Kinness Lodge has four en-suite bedrooms and sleeps up to eight people. Bathrooms have large power showers with loads of hot water, superb lounge with panoramic views over the garden, well equipped modern kitchen & dining area, utility room, integral garage and small private garden. The lodge has full gas central heating and all linen is supplied. It has a secure inner store which is ideal for golf clubs!

Burnside (East) Lodge is the newest facility at Rufflets, offering ideal, informal family accommodation. Comprising two bedrooms with light fitted carpets, modern shower-room with power shower, open-plan lounge / dining room / well equipped contemporary kitchen with light oak laminate floor, the cottage offers delightful views over the surrounding fields. The lodge has full gas central heating.

The lodges are accessed by a short driveway leading from Rufflets main entrance and car park, providing security and privacy. Car parking for up to 3 cars at Kinness Lodge and two at Burnside. Both units are completely non-smoking areas. Pets are permitted only with prior arrangement.
