Rufflets Lodge in the formal south garden contains two suites and a dedicated conference facility. The Lodge family suite occupies the west wing of the house with a master bedroom (king size zip & link bed), panoramic view, smaller twin bedroom & shared bathroom with bath and shower all opening off a private hallway.
Room 8 in the main house is a spacious, bright room on the first floor, with uninterrupted views over the fields to the north. The room has an antique queen size double bed. A large, marble tiled bathroom with king size bath and separate power shower which interconnects with the second, smaller, bedroom which has two full sized single beds.
Kinness Lodge has four en-suite bedrooms and sleeps up to eight people. Bathrooms have large power showers with loads of hot water, superb lounge with panoramic views over the garden, well equipped modern kitchen & dining area, utility room, integral garage and small private garden. It has a secure inner store which is ideal for golf clubs!
Burnside (East) Lodge is the newest facility at Rufflets, offering ideal, informal family accommodation. Comprising two bedrooms with light fitted carpets, modern bathroom with power shower, open-plan lounge / dining room / well equipped contemporary kitchen with light oak laminate floor, the Lodge offers delightful views over the burn and surrounding fields.
Both Kinness Lodge and Burnside East Lodge are available on either a fully serviced (including breakfast) or self-catering basis.
